Return Policy

Request a return

You have a period of 14 days to return from the date you received the package. An order number is necessary to process a return: you can get the order number by contacting us by email. The item (s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return period is open to our private customers. It concerns our entire catalog, except for the exclusions mentioned in our general conditions of sale (personalized laser products, such as the ultra-high power laser pointer and modules laser).

Once you have your order number, the following guidelines will ensure optimal processing:

1) The parts must be returned in their original condition unless specified by the technician.

2) The original packaging should be retained as much as possible, ensuring the product's transport is in good condition.

3) Please pack the goods with shock-absorbing materials. Arranged in sufficient quantity all around the object, they will avoid any deterioration of your product during its transport.

4) Please write the order number on the package (near the shipping address).

 

Warranty policy

All of our products are available for a one-year warranty.

We undertake to repair or replace any defective component during the limited warranty period.

We cannot warrant that the product(s) will operate without error or interruption. For the product subject to warranty, any technical or other support, such as telephone assistance regarding product settings, will be provided without warranty from LASERSEA. The limited warranty covers only failures or failures occurring during the stated period and under normal use conditions, as well as all defects in material and workmanship. However, the limited warranty will not apply if:

1) The product has been examined, disassembled, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel.

2) Damage was caused by an external power failure. The product is in the event of an accident, natural disaster, intentional incorrect use, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or finally use in abnormal conditions.

3) Damage was caused by improper installation or improper connection with an external device.

4) Damage was caused by accidents or external electrical faults.

5) Damage has been caused by use outside the operating, storage, maintenance, or environmental parameters established by the user manual.

6) Damage has been caused by the use of components not manufactured or sold by LASERSEA.

The service of the warranty period does not mean that the repair will be automatically free. We reserve the right to check the validity of your warranty.
