Most Powerful Handy Bright-Red Laser Pointer 635 nm / 638 nm

I got the 1800mW version. It's insanely powerful and much brighter than regular red lasers.
That said, the 635nm beam looks kind of orange-ish, and the beam itself is a bit thick.

This Sanwu product is really good, and I highly recommend it. Its red laser light works well and allows you to see from long distances.
