Infrared (IR) Laser Diode
Wavelength and power
The IR laser diode is a semiconductor device that can emit an infrared laser. The wavelength of the laser it emits is usually between 780nm and 1.4µm, which is beyond the visible range of the human eye. Its power range is from 1mW to 5W (5000mW).
Product advantages
Because infrared lasers are in the invisible light range and have good concealment, they are not easy to detect when in use. The infrared laser diode is very suitable for security monitoring. At the same time, infrared lasers have strong anti-interference ability, so they are less affected by visible light.
Applications
IR laser diodes are widely used in security, communications, medicine, military, etc.
