The 2W blue laser pointer is long-range at night; it is not recommended for astronomy applications because high power is not a safe option, and you'd better wear laser glasses.

2000mW Red Laser Pointer
For red laser pointers above 2000mW, dual/triple beams are required. However, such red lasers will have a high divergence angle, making them unsuitable for long-distance use. Please choose a red laser pointer below 2000mW if you need a low divergence angle.
