What is an infrared laser module?

The wavelengths of infrared lasers include near-infrared 700-1000nm, mid-infrared 1000-3000nm and far-infrared 3000-10000nm. The most common ones are 808nm, 850nm, 980nm, and 1064nm. The power range is generally 1-5000mW.
