The actual output power of this laser is about 7000mW. The cooling system is very good, and it does not generate much heat even if it works continuously for one minute.

I picked the 3W version because I thought it was a better deal. After I received it, I tested it, and the actual power output reached 3200mW. It is much more powerful than the 2W laser pointer I previously purchased, but it is also more affordable. Totally worth it!
