I recommend this laser if you want to use it from a long distance. The laser beam is ridiculously bright and like a lightsaber at night.

The output power is about 7500 mW, not up to the advertised 8000 mW. But, overall, it's OK.

We have a road with a hill, and from the top of one hill to the other, it is exactly two miles away. This laser light easily reached the other side and lit up the speed limit sign from that distance as it would a sign that was only 25 yards away. Everyone I've shown it to is impressed.
