The output power of 4000mW is real. However, the battery life of the 18350 battery is not good.

I got the product but it didn't come with a printed certification. The seller sent me a digital copy, but the certification had already expired. However, based on my testing, the protection against infrared and blue lasers is very good.

This thing is larger than a regular laser pointer, with high power and rechargeable function.
